1. What is Yinzergear? Yinzergear is a one-stop shop for all things related to Pittsburgh, also known as the Burgh. We offer a unique and ever-growing collection of prints inspired by the Steel City. Our goal is to unite fans of Pittsburgh's teams through apparel and gifts that showcase our spirit in a humorous, light-hearted way.
2. What products do you offer? We offer a wide range of products including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, and more. Our products feature original designs that flaunt Yinzer pride. Some of our best sellers include the Burgh Dad T-Shirt, Yinzer Snapback Hat Mesh Back, and the Khan Atrist Steelers GM Hoodie.
3. How long does shipping take? Shipping preparation typically takes 4-11 days. If your items are in stock they will be shipped sooner than if we have to make the print. Shipping times can be anywhere from 1-7 days depending on which shipping option you choose.
4. What is your return policy? If you receive any misprinted, damaged, or defective items, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or changing your mind about color. Please be sure you like the color you choose.
5. What if my package is returned due to an insufficient address? If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we’ll work with you to get it back on track. Please note that any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will be donated to charity.

8. Where are you located? Our distribution center is located at 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273. However, our love for Pittsburgh extends beyond geographical boundaries!
